Shipping Charges
Enjoy free shipping on orders over ₹2,000. A flat shipping charge of ₹150 applies to orders below ₹2,000.
What is Mohi Pens's Shipping Policy?
We take care to get every order to you in great condition. Standard shipping typically takes 5–6 business days.
For cancellations, please contact us at mohipens@gmail.com or via our contact page. If the order is cancelled before being shipped, we will refund the complete order amount excluding payment gateway charges of 3%. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment source.
*Order value is calculated after applying discounts/VAT/GST or any other applicable charges.
Manufacturing: Our products are made in India.
Warranty: Our products are covered under warranty for manufacturing defects.
How do I check the status of my order?
Just email us at mohipens@gmail.com with your order details and we'll get back to you with an update.
How are orders delivered?
All orders placed on Mohi Pens are dispatched through our courier partners.
Partial item or damaged packet?
If your order arrives incomplete or the packaging looks damaged, just get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll sort it out.
To help us resolve things quickly, it would be great if you could:
- Hold onto the packaging until we've wrapped up the process.
- Not use the affected item in the meantime.
- Share a brief description along with a few photos of the item and packaging.
Once we receive the return and it passes our quality check, we'll process your refund promptly.
A few things to keep in mind
There are some situations where we may not be able to process a refund — we want to be upfront about these:
- We weren't able to get enough information or photos to assess the claim.
- The item appears to have been used.
- The item doesn't pass our quality check when we receive it back.
