Shipping Policy

Within India: free shipping on orders over ₹2,000. A flat shipping charge of ₹150 applies to orders below ₹2,000.

Everywhere else: a flat $39, however many pens you order. There's no free-shipping threshold and no minimum order — the freight is the same for one pen as it is for six.

Wherever you are, we'll get a pen to you. Every international parcel travels with tracking, and orders outside India are priced and charged in US dollars.

Your pen leaves us within 3 business days. From there, most parcels take 1–3 weeks, depending on where you are and how long customs takes to clear it — that last stretch is as much out of our hands as it is yours.

Pens travel dry. Every pen is cleaned and sent without ink, ready for you to fill when it arrives. It's the surest way for a pen to cross several changes in air pressure and reach you exactly as it left us.

Import duty and local taxes aren't included. Your parcel ships duty-unpaid, so anything your country charges on arrival — duty, VAT or GST, and sometimes a handling fee — is payable by you. What's due depends on your destination and the value of the order, and your local customs office is the only reliable place to check it.

Our dollar prices reflect what it costs to send a pen across a border: payment processing, the movement in exchange rates between the day we set a price and the day you order, and customs handling.

We take care to get every order to you in great condition. Standard shipping typically takes 5–6 business days.

For cancellations, please contact us at mohipens@gmail.com or via our contact page. If the order is cancelled before being shipped, we will refund the complete order amount excluding payment gateway charges of 3%. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment source.

Manufacturing: Our products are made in India.

Warranty: Our products are covered under warranty for manufacturing defects.

If your order arrives incomplete or the packaging looks damaged, just get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll sort it out.

To help us resolve things quickly, it would be great if you could:

• Hold onto the packaging until we've wrapped up the process.
• Not use the affected item in the meantime.
• Share a brief description along with a few photos of the item and packaging.

Once we receive the return and it passes our quality check, we'll process your refund promptly.
