Refund & Returns
Our return policy is flexible and customer-friendly. We try to accommodate our patrons as much as we can.
Return Policy
We're happy to replace items in the following situations:
- We sent you the wrong product — something different from what you ordered.
- There's a major quality or manufacturing defect. Minor imperfections that are a natural part of the manufacturing process aren't considered defects.
- Your order arrived damaged.
- If the product doesn't meet your expectations, we'll refund you after deducting reverse logistics charges (these vary case to case).
Good to know
- We'll process your refund once the returned item reaches us and passes our quality check.
- If the item fails the quality check or arrives damaged, we won't be able to process a refund.
- Replacement items are final sale — they can't be returned or exchanged.
Return Process
Got an issue with your order? Just reach out within 3 days of delivery — whether it's a damaged item, a manufacturing defect, or we sent you the wrong thing — and we'll sort it out.
- Drop us an email at mohipens@gmail.com with your order details and what's wrong.
- Hold onto the original packaging and repack the item in it as best you can — this helps things move smoothly on our end.
- Once we confirm the repacking, we'll arrange a pickup from your location.
- We'll update you on your return status within 2–3 days of receiving your request.
- Pickup usually takes 2–3 working days to arrange, and another 7–10 days to reach our warehouse.
- Once the item is with us and clears our quality check, we'll kick off the refund within 2–3 days.
If the item arrives damaged or doesn't pass the quality check, we won't be able to process a refund — but we'll let you know either way.
Before you send it back
- Please return the item in its original packaging, along with any accessories.
- Make sure the item is unused and in its original condition.
- Before handing it over to the courier, snap a few photos or a short video of the packed item and send them to us at mohipens@gmail.com.
Cancellation Policy
If the order is cancelled by the customer before being shipped, we will refund the complete order amount excluding payment gateway charges of 3%. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment source.
If you've requested a specific delivery date or a delayed shipment, we won't be able to cancel or exchange the order. The return policy applies once it's been shipped.
Refund Policy
Once we've initiated your refund, it will be credited back to your original payment source. Timelines vary by payment method:
- UPI — typically 2–3 business days
- Cards & Net Banking — typically 5–7 business days, depending on your bank
The refund timeline also depends on how quickly the return reaches our warehouse. We'll only initiate the refund once the item is back with us and clears our quality check.
Warranty: Our products are covered under warranty for manufacturing defects.
